Several high school students traveled to the Buffalo Bills Stadium on Sept. 28 to take part in a wellness day. They were greeted by well-known Buffalo Bill Thurman Thomas. He spent time talking about the importance of healthy eating and exercise. The students received information about on the "Fuel Up to Play 60" program which encourages 60 minutes of activity a day combined with healthy eating. After touring the stadium and field house, students got moving with the Buffalo Bills strength and conditioning coach. What a great opportunity for our students!
