Get into the Holiday Spirit; Chorus Concerts are Free


chorus Upcoming holiday concerts include the advanced choruses on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 7 p.m.in the OLC Church on Oliver Street. This annual Candlelight Concert features the Jacks and Jills Mixed Choir, Bella Voce All Female Choirs and the All Strings Orchestra.

On Dec. 15, the two freshman groups, Treble Tones and MoMENtum, will be performing in the Alumni Student Activity Center at 7 p.m. This winter concert performance will also feature the Bands, Wind Symphony and Red/Blue Band.

Mark your calendars to come out and hear some wonderful music! It’s free!
 
The NTHS chorus program participates in many events throughout the year, from concerts to community service opportunities through our Voices in Action program.

Chorus students raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Foundation Walk. The proceeds are taken by Mr. Vallas, who represents our school and North Tonawanda, to the National Alzheimer’s Walk in Washington, D.C.

chorus students Students also help raise funds for the local Making Strides Against Breast Cancer program. In years past, they have annually raised over $1,000. This year, chorus students were welcomed by the National Honor Society to join in their walk to end cancer.
