District Mission Statement

Our mission at the North Tonawanda City School District is to educate all students to their fullest potential by providing opportunities for learning that are challenging and effective. This education will enable all students to master the knowledgeable skills, strategies, and attitudes necessary to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens.

NTHS is committed to empowering our students to reach their fullest potential by cultivating a community of lifelong learners who think critically about the world around them.

Middle School Mission Statement

The North Tonawanda Middle School staff is dedicated to providing a student centered learning environment that will enable all students to become lifelong productive members of society through the development of their intellectual, emotional, social, and physical abilities, while respecting the rights, talents, and individual differences of self and others.

Drake School Mission Statement

The community of Drake Elementary School will provide a comprehensive and challenging education in a positive atmosphere that will stimulate and nurture learning. We share responsibility for maintaining a well balanced program while monitoring and evaluating progress.

Ohio School Mission Statement

The staff and parents of Ohio School believe all children will achieve their highest potential in a safe, nurturing environment where goal setting, reaching for excellence and respect are high priorities. We further believe this can be accomplished by a collaborative effort of home, school, and community.

Spruce School Mission Statement

The Spruce School Community believes that all children can learn. Therefore, we dedicate ourselves to teaching and learning in an emotionally, socially, and physically nurturing environment. We further believe this can only be accomplished in a collaborative effort of home, school and community.
