NTHS Exercise Science Class Creates Tensegrity Structures
Students in Mr. Evans' NTHS Exercise Science class created tensegrity structures to model the concept of how the human body remains upright.
Often seen in modern art and architecture, tensegrity is best displayed in the human body. Bones act as struts and muscles generate tension to give us our shape and function. Students did a great job persevering, accepting feedback, and problem solving to bring their models to life!
