North Tonawanda City School District Request for Bid Specifications for Student Transportation
The Board of Education of the North Tonawanda City School District hereby invites the submission of sealed Bids from reputable and qualified school bus transportation companies for furnishing student transportation services in the North Tonawanda City School District for a five-year period (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026, to July 1, 2029 - June 30, 2030). Bid Documents are available on the school website. Bids will be received until 4/1/2025 10:00 AM, at the North Tonawanda City School District Business Office located at 176 Walck Road North Tonawanda, NY 14120, at which time all Bids will be publicly opened. Bids will not be accepted that are sent by facsimile or by electronic mail.
The pre-bid meeting will take place in person and virtually via a video conference meeting on 3/20/2025 10:00 AM. Individuals interested in participating in the pre-Bid meeting must request to participate via email to Christopher Wojciechowski of Transportation Advisory Services, at CWojciechowski@transportationconsultants.com. Registration for the pre-Bid meeting should be received no later than the close of business at 5:00pm the day before 3/20/2025 10:00 AM. Registered participants will receive a link to the Teams video via an email invitation. All prospective contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the virtual pre-bid conference, but it is not a mandatory meeting.
