Tuesday: Stroke Prevention
Eat at least 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Consuming fruits and veggies of deep and varying colors can greatly reduce your risk of heart disease and stroke. An example: Choosing romaine lettuce, spinach, or kale for your salad instead of iceberg lettuce is an easy way to incorporate BETTER vegetables into your diet.
