Spring 2025-2026 SPORTS REGISTRATION

Online Sports Registration through FamilyID  -  Click the REGISTER NOW button below to register your child for sports from February 9th through March 1st.

 

ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE FAMILYID REGISTRATION PRIOR TO ENTRANCE TO ANY TRYOUT OR PRACTICE.  NO EXCEPTIONS MADE.

All athletes must have a current physical on file in our health office to be eligible to play sports.  Physicals must be on file in our health office before a student can try out for a sport.  SPORTS PHYSICALS FROM YOUR PRIVATE PHYSICIAN ARE ACCEPTED.  DO NOT hand your physical to the Coach on the first day of practice.  Physicals can be uploaded into your FamilyID registration, or may be delivered in person, faxed, mailed or emailed to the Athletic or Health Offices.

The School District will offer physicals free of charge, if needed, by the District provider (Wheatfield Pediatrics) by appointment only.

Physicals will be done at the High School for both Middle School and High School on the following date/time:

Middle School (March 6th – 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)

APP tests will be given on March 4th for those Modified athletes (grade 7/8) who are recommended by coaches to try out for upper-level teams.  You will receive a notification of date/time and other pertinent details through your FamilyID registration account.

Students interested in mixed competition MUST sign-up and try-out for the intended sport.
