    Our Mission
    The mission of the NT Athletic Program is to provide opportunities for our students to strive for excellence by creating an educational and competitive experience within an atmosphere of sportsmanship. We believe that interscholastic athletics can and should enhance the character of our students. Athletics provide an educational opportunity in which students can learn essential life lessons, beyond those that can be learned in the academic classroom. We believe the combination of athletics and academics enhances the quality of students' lives and expands their options for learning and growth.

Athletics Announcements

    • "Green Cards" (Parent Permission / Health History Form) due Aug. 15
      Green cards were given to all potential student athletes (grades 7-12) who signed up for a Fall 2019 sport AND who have a current sports physical. Completed green cards must be returned to the high school by Aug. 15. Sports physicals must be done by the district’s doctor before the first day of tryouts. If a student does not have a current sports physical and completed green card, he/she will not be allowed to try out. Make-up physicals will be done at the high school on Friday, Aug. 23 by appointment only through the high school nurse's office.

    • Fall 2019 Sports Tryouts/Practices Info
      JV and Varsity sports tryouts/practices start Monday, Aug. 19. Modified Football starts Wednesday, Aug. 21. Modified Boys & Girls Soccer and Modified Boys & Girls Volleyball start Monday, Aug. 26. Exact times and sites have been posted to our website.
