How many years have you been at NT? This is my 8th year here. I've been a School Counselor for 13 years.

What's your favorite thing about being a School Counselor? My favorite thing about my “job” is working with students and seeing them grow as individuals throughout the 4 years! I love being able to work in all capacities with the student - academic, career/post secondary and social emotional counseling. We are here to help with whatever they need!

What's your favorite tradition at NTHS? One of my favorite traditions is TNT week. It’s so special! One Lumberjack family isn’t just a saying. We spend more time with staff and students than anyone else. This is our second family.

Personal Bio - I’m a proud mom to three kids. I am a licensed mental health counselor and have a small private practice. In my spare time, my husband and I are usually at the baseball fields, dancing, enjoying time with family and friends and, of course, watching the Buffalo Bills!

What's your favorite tradition at NTHS? My favorite thing about NTHS is how supportive and enthusiastic the students are.

Personal Bio - I became a school counselor as a second career because I love working with students and helping them achieve their goals. In my free time, I love to travel, read, exercise and spend time with my husband and 2 adult children.

What's your favorite tradition at NTHS?  I love the sense of community. Lumberjacks care for one another and have pride in where they come from. TNT week is always my favorite annual tradition where our school spirit really shines every year!

Personal Bio - Carpe Diem is Latin for seize the day. As a survivor on more than one front, I intend to seize each of my days and cultivate this spirit within my students. Of all of the titles I hold, Father and Husband are the two I cherish the most. In my free time, I love to travel and run long-distance. How many years have you been at NT? This is my first year working as a Counselor in the NT School District. I worked at the YMCA morning program at Ohio and NTI for two years and interned at Drake and Ohio for a year and a half. I am also an NT alumni!

What's your favorite thing about being a School Counselor? I love being a counselor because it allows me to watch students learn and grow. It is incredible to see students achieve their goals and shine!

What's your favorite tradition at NTHS? TNT week hands down! It was my favorite when I was in school and remains my favorite now. Seeing the halls decorated, watching students dress up for the different themes, and experiencing that feeling of comradery. There is nothing else like it!

Personal Bio - I am a born and raised WNYer. NT has been my home my entire life which is why I am so excited to be working for NTHS!
