    Make A Registration Appointment
    Call 716-807-3568 during regular business hours (8 am-3:30 pm) to make a registration appointment.

    Appointments are scheduled Mon-Fri (8 am-3:30 pm) starting Feb. 1st.

    After-hour appointments are available Mon-Fri (4 pm-6:15 pm) on the following dates:
    • Wednesday, February 1, 2023 
    • Wednesday, February 15, 2023
    • Thursday, March 2, 2023
    • Wednesday, March 15, 2023

    Registration Packet (PDF) must be completed and presented together with the proper documents to register. Please print the packet single-sided only. Printed Registration Packets are also available at the Board of Education Building, 176 Walck Road.

Universal Pre-K Lottery

  • A lottery system held at the North Tonawanda Board of Education Building on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at 6 pm will be used to determine your child's placement in the full-day UPK program.

Registration Forms

  • PRIVATE SCHOOL REGISTRATION:
    There is a separate registration form for any NT resident student attending a non-public or parochial school. Please pick up the private school registration forms at the Administration Building, 176 Walck Road.
     
     
    CURRENT PRE-K STUDENTS:
    If your child is enrolled in Head Start, you will need to complete a registration packet. If your child attends the universal pre-kindergarten (UPK) program operated by Carousel Academy at Ohio School, it is not necessary to complete a registration packet. However, if you have a new address or phone number, you must update that information with the district office. Call 807-3568.

NYS Regulations

  • To be eligible to attend kindergarten in September 2023, a child must be five years old on or before Dec. 1, 2023.
     
    To be eligible to attend pre-kindergarten in September 2023, a child must be four years old on or before Dec. 1, 2023.
