The Academy of Health Sciences is an academy at North Tonawanda High School. This academy, known as AOHS began in 2017 and is meant to help students who have an interest in the Health/Medicine/Athletics fields. Students are able to take special AOHS courses throughout all four years of their high school career. Some of these classes are.... CAP Forensics, CAP Exercise Science, CAP Health, CAP PE 1 and 2, CAP Human Biology and CAP Horticulture. Students are also able to take part in several field trips, fundraising activities, charity opportunities and guest speakers. As upperclassman, students enter into a CEIP class where they can plan their own internship/shadowing experience in the career field of their choice.
