I was born and raised in Lancaster, NY where I attended St. Mary's High School. While in high school I played Football, Basketball, Baseball and Track and Field. After graduating from St. Mary's I attended Medaille College for one year where I played basketball. I then transfered to Brockport to study Physical Education and Health Science and where I played football for the the Golden Eagles. After graduation I continued on for my Masters Degree at Canisius College in Sports Administration.

Along with teaching I have a passion for coaching. I am currently coaching Varsity Football and JV Basketball at St. Mary's High School in Lancaster. I have also coached cross country, and track and field in the past, as well as an assistant coach for the D'Youville Girl's Basketball team.

I am a father of 3 beautiful children and although I do not have a lot of free time, when I do have free time I do like to golf, play basketball and flag football.
