Public Library Visits
We will be visiting the North Tonawanda Public Library every third Tuesday throughout the school year. This is a great opportunity for your child to experience the library and what it has to offer. As the children become better readers they become excited by different authors and series. Please help your child attain a public library card so they can take advantage of this opportunity. They need to be accompanied by a parent when applying for a card.Once they bring their card to school I will keep it for the school year. Please refer to my weekly newsletters and monthly calendars sent home on Fridays for upcoming library vist dates. Be sure your child brings back library books on these dates to avoid late charges. The children are allowed to check-out 2 books - an easy reader and another selection.Thank you for your help and support with this opportunity!
