    Unit Description:

    Students are exploring the fields of engineering and architecture.   The unit is made up of many hands-on inquiry labs that require students to research, design, and build different types of structures using various materials.  As students build and explore they not only link to real-life examples but they evaluate their creations to problem solve ways to make them better, stronger, etc.
