    Conduct Psychoeducational Evaluations: Initials and Reevaluations                      
         Psychoeducational Evaluations includes the following information:                                    

            Social history                                                                                                    

            Classroom observation                                                                                                      

            Teacher interview

            Cognitive development (e.g., WISC-IV, WJ-III Cog., K-BIT 2, SB-5, etc.)
            Academic performance (e.g., WIAT-III, WJ-III Ach., AIMSweb, PAL-II Reading/Writing and Math)
            Social emotional development (e.g., BASC-2, DBD, ASRS, ADDES, CMOCS, etc.)

            Adaptive functioning (e.g., ABAS-II, Vineland-II, etc.)

            Recommendations                                                               Psychological Test Descriptions       

     

    Coordinate and Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments/Behavior Intervention Plans (FBA/BIP)

         FBA’s include the following information:

            Medical history

            Family history

            Educational history

            Observable/measurable behaviors that are interfering with learning

            Data collection                       
            Classroom observations (multiple settings)
            Rating scales (e.g., BASC-2, DBD, ASRS, ADDES, CMOCS etc.)
            Data analysis
            Hypothesis of the function of the targeted behavior

                           

         BIP’s include the following information:

            Specific behavior’s targeted for intervention

            Replacement behavior
     

    Academic and Behavioral Screening

            Classroom observation

            SST consult
            Academic performance (e.g., WIAT-III, WJ-III Ach., AIMSweb, PAL-II Reading/Writing and Math)        
            Social emotional development (e.g., BASC-2, DBD, ASRS, ADDES, CMOCS, etc.)

            Recommendations/interventions

     

    Academic and Behavioral Consultation
            Meet with teachers to develop and implement academic and behavioral interventions

     

    Coordinate and Conduct Universal Screening and Progress Monitoring for Early Literacy/Reading Skills Utilizing AIMSweb

            Screen all students in grades K-4

            Review data and determine appropriate interventions and set goals

            Monitor students progress either weekly/bi-weekly/monthly

     

    Participate in Committee on Special Education (CSE), Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE), Student Support Team (SST), and Data Team meetings
