The North Tonawanda City School Board of Education awarded the following construction bids:

 

Contract 201: General Trades Bid to Rodems Construction with a base bid of $7,866,000 and alternate bids as follows: Alternate #1: $365,000; Alternate #2: $44,000; Alternate #4: $61,000; Alternate #5: $30,000; Alternate #6: $128,000; Alternate #7: $85,000; Alternate #11: $60,000 for a total bid of $8,639,000.

Contract 202: Asbestos Abatement Bid to C J Drew with a base bid of $1,050,000. (There are no alternates to this contract.)

Contract 203: Site Work Bid to Milherst Construction with a base bid of $4,022,767 and alternate bids as follows: Alternate #8: $275,281 and Alternate #10: $32,000 for a total bid of $4,330,048.

Contract 204: Plumbing Construction Bid to Ackerman Plumbing with a base bid of $878,954 and alternate bids as follows: Alternate #6: $7,500 and Alternate #7: 13,000 for a total bid of $899,454. 

Contract 205: HVAC Construction Bid to J. W. Danforth Company with a base bid of $5,063,000 and alternate bids as follows: Alternate #4: $4,000; Alternate #6: $72,500; Alternate #7: $25,000 and Alternate #9: $120,000 for a total bid of $5,284,500.

Contract 206: Electrical Construction Bid to Weydman Electric with a base bid of $5,398,700 and alternate bids as follows: Alternate #2: $51,600; Alternate #4: $5,350; Alternate #6: $43,250;
Alternate #7: $28,350 and Alternate #15: $18,500 for a total bid of $5,545,750.

Capital Project Phase 1A Change Order request: to MARS (Manufactures Applied Renovation Systems, Inc.) for the repair to the High School blue gym bleachers at the proposed cost of $20,090.00.
