      To receive the best education, health and wellness plays a key role.  There are a few "musts" that every child should strive to do daily to be healthy learner.  The "musts" include:
    1.)  Having an early bedtime and getting at least 8 hours of sleep nightly.
    2.)  Eating a good breakfast.
    3.)  Eating "colorful" foods...yes this means lots of fruits and vegetables!   apple
    4.)  Drinking 8-10 ice cold glasses of water.
    5.)  Exercising daily for at least 30 minutes...playing outside, going for a walk,  
          anything that involves Bodily MOVEMENT!    soccer
    6.)  Dress for the weather.  During the winter...hats, boots, gloves, scarves, and     
          winter coats need to be on before leaving for school.
