An educationally sound interscholastic athletic program, consistent with the academic philosophy, is available to all students in grades 7-12. Athletics is an excellent way to bring together home, school and community as an integral part of the school curriculum.
The interscholastic athletic program should provide the opportunity to compete in athletic contests with other schools, aid the student in acquiring new friendships, further community spirit and develop good sportsmanship. The role of athletics is to prepare our young people for life – relating the rules of the game to the rules of life.
