The Buildings and Grounds Office is responsible for the design, planning and implementation of school construction and renovation as well as daily school facility custodial and cleaning operations, building maintenance and grounds upkeep. Included in this area are also trade mechanics, carpentry, plumbing, energy management, and HVAC and boiler maintenance.
Daily school operations include all custodial and cleaning operations, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, pool care, mail, and District safety and security.
