What is a Function Formula? A shortcut way to write an equation that performs a calculation in Excel
The parts of a function formula are:
= (Equal Sign)
SUM - (Function Name)
(C1:D19) - (Argument)
It looks like this:
=SUM(C1:D19)
There are many function formulas and they are categorized by their use. Some categories include:
